Frequently Asked Questions

No. Our shop sells digital downloads. You supply the paper, printer, and coloring tools. Check the product listing for the exact files included.

Files may be PDF, PNG, or PDF+PNG packs, sometimes packaged in ZIP archives. The listing specifies the format. A PDF is convenient for printing a whole pack; individual PNG pages can be opened separately in compatible image or drawing apps.

The pack contains 30 detailed ocean-animal and botanical garden coloring scenes, with 30-page US Letter and A4 PDFs plus 30 individual US Letter PNG pages in three ZIP files. It is aimed at adults, teens, and detail-loving older kids. The colored gallery examples provide inspiration; read the listing for the downloadable contents.

After payment is confirmed, sign in with the account used at checkout and open Account → Downloads. If an order is still processing, allow a little time for confirmation and refresh. If the files do not appear, email team@growplantgrow.com with the order details. Our free sampler can also be downloaded directly from its product page.

Use the download instructions from Etsy for your Etsy purchase. Etsy orders do not automatically sync into a GrowPlantGrow.com account. If you need help, message our GrowPlantGrow Etsy shop from the order. Never send your password.

Download the archive completely, then use your device's Extract, Uncompress, or similar option to open its contents. On a phone or tablet, save it to your files app first. If it fails, try downloading again on a stable connection and check available storage.

Choose the PDF matching your paper: US Letter is 8.5 × 11 inches; A4 is 210 × 297 mm. Start with one test page at actual size, then use Fit if your printer clips the artwork. Print coloring line art in black and white or grayscale. Use paper your printer supports; thicker paper is not safe for every printer.

Colored pencils suit small details. Markers may bleed through paper, so print one-sided, test first, and use a protective sheet. PNG files can be used personally in an app that supports them, but files are not necessarily layered or editable templates. Check the listing and your app before buying.

Under the default personal-use license, you can reprint for your own use. Do not share the digital files, resell them, or sell products made from them. A listing or included license may expressly allow additional uses, such as one-classroom use. For other group or commercial uses, contact us first.

Digital files cannot be physically returned, and change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after delivery or access. Email team@growplantgrow.com about download failures, defects, duplicate charges, or unusual circumstances. We review appropriate remedies individually, and your statutory rights remain unchanged. See our full refund policy below.

The current downloadable products are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Stripe processes website payments. Review the total and currency at checkout; buying on Etsy follows Etsy's checkout process.
