Digital Download Return & Refund Policy

All products in this shop are digital files; no physical item is shipped. We generally do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or cancellations once digital content has been delivered or made available. Please check the preview images, description, format, paper size, and license before purchasing.

This policy does not remove any refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, or other consumer rights that apply by law. Downloading a file does not by itself remove rights that require a separate express consent or acknowledgment.

Contact us if you cannot access a purchased file, a file is corrupt or missing, the contents are materially different from the listing, or you were charged twice for the same purchase. We will investigate and work toward an appropriate solution, such as restoring access, providing a corrected file, or issuing a refund when appropriate or legally required.

Unusual circumstances are reviewed individually. Asking for help does not guarantee a discretionary refund, and a downloaded file does not automatically disqualify a valid defect or statutory claim. We do not impose a seven-day cutoff on rights provided by law.

Email team@growplantgrow.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, product name, and a brief description of the problem. An error screenshot, device type, and the app used to open the file can help. Do not email passwords or full payment-card details.

Please contact us promptly so we can help while the details are fresh. We aim to respond within two business days; investigations can take longer. For an Etsy purchase, contact GrowPlantGrow through Etsy Messages so we can locate that order.

Approved website refunds are sent to the original payment method where supported. The time until the money appears depends on the payment provider and your bank; we will let you know when a refund has been issued. Etsy orders are handled through Etsy and remain subject to its applicable rules.

Contacting us first often helps resolve a problem quickly, but this policy does not restrict your lawful payment-dispute rights. If a purchase is refunded and its license is canceled, stop using and sharing the refunded files, except where the law provides otherwise.
