GrowPlantGrow.com is operated by Grow Plant Grow LLC. These terms apply to use of this website and purchases made here. Please review them, the product listing, our Privacy & Shop Policies, and our refund policy before ordering. Contact team@growplantgrow.com with questions.

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase or have a parent or guardian purchase for you. Provide accurate account and order details, keep your login secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or access another customer's account or files.

All products are digital downloads unless a listing expressly says otherwise; no physical items are shipped. The product page identifies the files, sizes, page counts, and contents included in that purchase. Preview props and coloring supplies are not included. Colored examples may be inspiration rather than additional download files; consult the listing.

You need an internet connection, enough storage, and software that opens the listed formats. ZIP files must be extracted before use. A printer or print service is needed for paper copies. Screen colors, paper, printer settings, and tools can affect the finished result. We do not promise compatibility with every device or application, but this does not excuse a product that fails to meet its description or applicable legal requirements.

Website prices are stated in US dollars unless expressly labeled otherwise. Review the total and any applicable taxes or charges displayed at checkout before paying. Your bank may apply currency-conversion or other fees under your agreement with it. Promotions apply only according to their stated conditions.

Stripe processes website payments; it does not replace GrowPlantGrow as the seller responsible for our products and customer support. Downloads are normally released to your purchasing account after payment confirmation. If confirmation is delayed or a file is missing, contact us. Save a personal backup; we cannot promise indefinite availability of every file or uninterrupted access to the website.

A one-time product purchase does not enroll you in a subscription. If a material listing or price error affects an unfulfilled order, we will contact you about a correction or cancellation and refund rather than silently substitute different terms.

Unless the product's stated license grants additional rights, your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may download, keep a backup, print copies for your own use, color the pages, and use compatible files digitally for your own creative work. Ownership of the underlying files and artwork is not transferred.

You may not resell or redistribute the digital files, upload them for others to download, share account access or download links, or sell prints or products made from the files without an applicable commercial license or written permission. Classroom, group, client, and business use requires permission unless the specific listing or included license expressly allows it.

You may share photographs of your own finished personal coloring work, provided the image is not a clean, reusable scan or substitute for the original printable. Do not remove notices to misrepresent ownership. If a product's included license grants broader permissions than this default, that specific license controls the permitted uses for that product.

Because digital content cannot be physically returned, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable once files have been delivered or made available. Technical failures, duplicate charges, materially misdescribed content, and exceptional circumstances can be reviewed under our Digital Download Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content, lawful cancellation rights, or payment-dispute rights. Where a digital-content withdrawal exception requires express consent and acknowledgment, we do not treat these terms alone as that consent. Contact us for help exercising rights that apply to your purchase.

Orders placed through Etsy are separate transactions handled through Etsy and its applicable terms. Pinterest and other external links are provided for convenience; we do not control those services. Their availability and rules may change.

Blog posts, plant-care guides, and coloring activities provide general creative or educational information. They are not individualized professional advice or a promise of health, therapeutic, gardening, or business outcomes.

We take reasonable care to provide the shop and the contents described. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or files. This does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful use, or license violations, subject to applicable rights and obligations. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; they do not retroactively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply.

Please email team@growplantgrow.com to discuss a dispute. You retain access to courts, regulators, and other remedies available under applicable law; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of consumer rights.
